The individual who survived a stabbing incident with a rebar eventually grew to appreciate those who had rescued her. It is heartbreaking for animal enthusiasts to witness a dog in agony. Thankfully, there are individuals within our community who opt to provide assistance rather than turning a blind eye and continuing with their activities. Regrettably, this cute puppy fell off a block wall that was surrounded by sharp pieces of rebar and suffered a severe injury. The dog was trapped on the ground with her leg pierced by the sharp metal.
It is difficult to imagine the amount of pain and trauma she went through while rescuers worked to free her leg from the rebar. As we observe the situation, we can’t help but wonder if she would make it through the stress of such a severe injury.
Despite having to rely solely on the strangers who are trying to help her, the dog manages to remain composed as much as possible. She is released slowly and appears to be accepting of her situation. As dusk sets in, she is finally set free and while in excruciating pain, she starts to panic, but this means she can now be taken to the hospital to have her wounds examined and treated.
Thankfully, the woman’s leg is not fractured and she only has a serious injury to her thigh muscle. After cleaning and treating her wounds, the exhausted woman still has a long road to recovery. Each day, the medical team diligently cleans and dresses her wounds, doing all they can to help her heal. Initially hesitant, the woman gradually gains confidence over time.
After going through a traumatic experience, she was able to heal both physically and mentally thanks to therapy and time. We are extremely grateful to the rescuers for not only saving her life but also providing her with emotional support. You can watch the video of the rescue below.
